help needed

hi i suffer from osgood schlatter disease and it effects my health it limits the amount of exercise i can do and according to the bmi i am overweight by 6 kg and i want to loose that but i cant as i can only fit in about 20 minutes of exercise once a week as my knee start to get swelled up due to the disease i dunno what to do i used to do alot of sports such as boxing karate and football all of them had have to come to a stop due to this disease anyone got any tips on how to help or fix this

According to my calculations I should be eating anywhere from 1400 to 1600 calories per day depending on how much I want to lose; however, my eating habits usually put me in the 1000 kcal per day club.
