Journey to the best version of myself

Hi guys. I like the idea of a weight loss diary. I'm currently 130 lbs and I'd like to lose 15 lbs, putting me at 115. I'm a shorty, only 5'1. So even though it seems like 130 isn't very high, I'm currently busting out of my clothes and too uncomfortable to wear a bikini.

I used to be around 115 and I was much more comfortable and confident. It was easier to pick out clothes and I felt healthier. I think a large part of what led to the 15 pound gain is wine. Wine, oh wine. I undoubtedly…

Weight Loss Plateau

I've been working out for the past couple months and have hit a plateau with losing weight. Here's what I've got, so far.

1) A diet of about 1800 calories and 25g of fiber.
2) I exercise for an hour per day, 5 days per week.

In the first 6 weeks, I was losing about 1-2 pounds per week, until now. I increased the intensity of my workouts for the past two weeks, to no avail. Do you have any thoughts on what else I could do?

Thank you.

Kristi's journey to a healthy lifestyle

Hello all,
My name is Kristi and this is my first time joining a weight loss community. I am 26 years old and I want to live a healthier lifestyle.

My story:
About 6 years ago I was 30 pounds overweight (165 lbs) and lost it by exercising everyday and eating small high fiber meals. A year later I gained 10 pounds back and haven't stopped since. My highest weight was 235 and today I am 227 pounds and am very unhappy with myself. My long-term weight loss goal is to weigh 145 pounds…

Joint issues + food allergies + too many pounds

The run down:
– I'm in my mid-thirties
– 5'10''
– 217 lbs
– knee issues (if I cut the grass in our 1/2 acre yard I will have knee swelling and pain for days)
– major shoulder issues (can't throw or swing anything, and no repetitive lifting over my head. If I do, pain for days or weeks)
– Can't have gluten
– Can't have dairy

I almost never eat fast food. I do eat at Chipotle too much (cut down though). Hardly ever have soda. Never drink alcohol. Don't smoke.

I've been gaining roughly 5 lbs…

From alpha testing to the QUERCUS 200

So I feel this warrants a new diary.

Here is the old diary for reference:

I just returned from my doctor and my back ailments will need surgery to correct them. My only chance to avoid surgery is if the pain is manageable without the surgery. So now to do what I can do to avoid the scalpel.

I was 326 this morning. I have limited mobility at the moment so exercise will be…

Here I go again…

Hi everyone, I’m new to this site (and forums in general) and thought I’d give it a whirl. I’ve always had trouble losing weight and I know a big part of that is because I don’t usually have a support network (and I like to eat…. A lot). I’m 5’1” and currently weigh 190 lbs. I’ve lost about 15 lbs since December, but I lost motivation over the last month. I’d always been in decent shape until I had my two daughters (3 and 1). I consistently weighed between 120 and 130 lbs before my…

Vivian's Journal

Hi everyone,

I'm here to try to change my life around (again). I just finished my first year in University and I have 4 months ahead of me to make a difference. Before, my excuse was "I'm stressed out about exams!" so I stopped going to the gym and I ate the stress away. Now, I'm having my summer break and I can't make that excuse again. Over the past year, I've gained more weight than I have ever in my life. I'm actually too afraid right now to stand on the scale and find out. I was 150lb…

Victoria's Journal

I currently weigh 135.8 lbs. I would like to weigh 113 lbs. My first GW is 134 lbs. Hopefully by Friday I will reach that. I plan on working out and eating less.

I had brown chicken and butternut squash and an iced coffee with almond milk and splenda. I went to the gym and did 20 min on bike and 20 treadmill. I also walked at home with youtube.
