I am finally creating a diary after being on here off and on for years. Happy to be here! ?

A couple weeks ago (June 29th), I decided I needed to start trying to lose this weight again. For awhile I just completely didn’t care and ate whatever I wanted and my exercise consisted of… nothing. Just thought I'd Share a Diet that Worked For Me

I started this diet when a little over a year ago. I weighed 355lbs. as s 38 yr old male when I started in August of 2016, and today I weigh 190 lbs. I lost 165 lbs. in 14 months. This is how I did it.

Diet:
Oatmeal
Veggies (carrots/mushrooms/squash/etc.)
Smoothies (frozen banana or pumpkin w/ 1/2 cup nonfat milk and 1/2 cup water w/2 tspns coffeemate powdered dairy creamer.)
..and more Oatmeal
Water (w/no calories flavored sweeteners)

The ingredient that most helped was the sweetener…

I am 20 and I am 5.3 ft. and weigh 156 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight for so long but everytime I tried to lose, I would stop in the middle and gain back double the weight I lost. I like to eat…like everything. And I am a fast eater. I eat a lot of sugar and crabs. I eat a lot when I am bored or stressed. One time I lost weight and was 130 pounds but then I gained back again.
