I hope to get some good advice.
I've been dieting, working out and generally living healthy for about 6-7 weeks now, but I only lost like max. 2 kg (4lb).
I work out about 6 times a week. I start by doing cardio (threadmill) for about half an hour at the most, by walking really fast and running in between. After that I'm doing weightlifting for almost an hour, sometimes more.
Generally, I also walk a lot during a day. I reach at least 10.000 steps every day.
I eat healthy…
I don't loose weight, even though I burn more than I eat
