I am finally creating a diary after being on here off and on for years. Happy to be here! ?

A couple weeks ago (June 29th), I decided I needed to start trying to lose this weight again. For awhile I just completely didn’t care and ate whatever I wanted and my exercise consisted of… nothing. Just thought I'd Share a Diet that Worked For Me

I started this diet when a little over a year ago. I weighed 355lbs. as s 38 yr old male when I started in August of 2016, and today I weigh 190 lbs. I lost 165 lbs. in 14 months. This is how I did it.

Diet:
Oatmeal
Veggies (carrots/mushrooms/squash/etc.)
Smoothies (frozen banana or pumpkin w/ 1/2 cup nonfat milk and 1/2 cup water w/2 tspns coffeemate powdered dairy creamer.)
..and more Oatmeal
Water (w/no calories flavored sweeteners)

The ingredient that most helped was the sweetener…

I am 20 and I am 5.3 ft. and weigh 156 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight for so long but everytime I tried to lose, I would stop in the middle and gain back double the weight I lost. I don't loose weight, even though I burn more than I eat

Hi there! :)

I hope to get some good advice.

I've been dieting, working out and generally living healthy for about 6-7 weeks now, but I only lost like max. 2 kg (4lb).

I work out about 6 times a week. I start by doing cardio (threadmill) for about half an hour at the most, by walking really fast and running in between. After that I'm doing weightlifting for almost an hour, sometimes more.
Generally, I also walk a lot during a day. I reach at least 10.000 steps every day.

I eat healthy…

i have club foot and need help/advice

I am 33 yrs old and have gained a lot of weight. I am 6 feet 3 inches tall and used to maintain weight around 275 lbs. I now weigh 450 – 500 lbs and am having a huge problem losing it.
